Professional Background and Education
Attorney Morgan J. Gray served as a Hearing Officer for the City of Boston Retirement Board from January 2000 to December 2008. As a Hearing Office, he presided over evidentiary hearings pursuant to M.G.L. C. 32, questioning applicants and witnesses under oath, reviewing extensive medical documentation and the specific ergonomic requirements of an applicant's job duties, conducting legal research and drafting decisions which were then presented to the City of Boston Retirement Board for consideration Prior to that, he worked for prestigious law firms of Keches & Mallen and Morrison. Prior to beginning his career as a lawyer, Attorney Morgan Gray attended Saint Michael's College where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and American Studies in 1987. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from Suffolk University Law School.
